Annual Implementation Programme
Our programmes are delivered across a full academic year — giving schools the time, structure and expert support needed to create genuinely lasting change. Every visit is in person, hands on and delivered in school. Choose the model that fits your school's needs and ambition.
Our Approach
Everything we do happens in your school, with your children and your staff. Nothing is delivered digitally, remotely or through a workbook. We spend full school days alongside your team — working, modelling and building something real together.
Every visit is a full school day. We are there from the start of the day, through lunchtime and into the afternoon — observing, working with children and supporting staff in real time.
We teach children how to play. Through structured, purposeful play lessons — something rarely taught in schools — children learn the rules of games, how to include others, how to manage conflict and how to lead. These sessions are delivered directly by us, in school, with your children.
We can lead whole-school or year group assemblies to launch the programme, introduce play values, celebrate play leaders and embed a shared language around playtime across the school.
We do not just deliver a training session and leave. We work alongside lunchtime staff during actual lunchtimes — modelling strategies, coaching in the moment and building their confidence through doing, not just listening.
The programme structure is a guide, not a rigid prescription. Some schools want to prioritise certain areas in the first term — behaviour, SEND inclusion, play leadership. We work with you to sequence visits in a way that fits your school's most pressing needs.
We look at what happens when it rains. Wet play is often an afterthought — a DVD, free time or chaos. We help schools build a purposeful, calm and engaging wet play offer that works for children and staff, with activities, resources and clear expectations.
No two schools are the same.
The programme structure gives you a clear framework, but we always start by listening. If your school needs to tackle behaviour in the first term, we prioritise that. If inclusion is the urgent need, we start there. The structure serves the school — not the other way around.

Resources & Equipment
We know school budgets are tight. That is why we do not just tell you what to buy and leave you to it — we use our specialist contacts to source purposeful, cost-effective resources that are tailored to your school's specific needs.
We do not recommend off-the-shelf packages. Every resource recommendation is based on what we have seen in your school — your spaces, your children, your priorities. Nothing generic.
We work with a network of trusted suppliers who understand school play provision. This means you get access to quality resources that are purposeful, durable and appropriate — not just the cheapest option on a catalogue.
We help schools save as much as possible. By knowing exactly what works and what does not, we prevent costly mistakes — no wasted spend on equipment that ends up in a cupboard after a week.
We make every pound count.
From small activity packs to full playground resource kits, we advise on what to buy, where to get it and how to use it — so schools invest confidently and children benefit immediately.
